The BID is offering this FREE of charge to make the Northbank a better place to be and work. 57% of all working days lost to ill health were due to stress and anxiety in 2017/18 (Labour Force Survey). In our global city we need to take time for ourselves and how better to do that than with nature. Improve your mental wellbeing through these simple horticultural sessions.
The activity will take about 1 hour 30 minutes. Please drop in between 12.30-2pm (latest sitting at 1.30pm). Do note that the session will start at 12.30 but you are welcome to attend anytime before last sitting.
