This workshop aims to provide participants with an introduction to nutrition and healthy eating to develop your understanding of which foods make up a nutritious menu, understanding the link between diet and health. It will incorporate mainly raw vegetarian and vegan alternatives to a regular diet.
The BID is offering this FREE of charge to make the Northbank a better place to be and work. 64% of adults in England were classed as overweight or obese (NHS, 2017). In our global city we need to educate ourselves on how we can enjoy a nutritional diet and how better to do that than with a live workshop.
