Westminster: Vulnerability and Women’s Safety Training

Designed for anyone working in the night-time economy, you will learn how to support vulnerable customers in your venue and how to create a positive and safe environment. The focus of the training is on the different types of vulnerability you will find at night, including women’s safety, violence, drugs, alcohol, drink spiking, domestic violence, sexual assault, harassment and first dates.

Throughout the training…

  • Attendees will be equipped with the tools to identify and support customers who are or may become vulnerable in their venue or on the street and learn how to deal with specific issues they may encounter as part of their shift.
  • Staff will be empowered to recognise hotspots within their venues where vulnerability may be more prevalent, as well as learn hints and tips to improve the safety of their customers.
