Development Pipeline

The Northbank’s Development Pipeline consolidates major redevelopments in the area, complementing the BIDs extensive public realm strategy to improve the areas offering. We have been working with our Freeholders to showcase office space and residential sales, and to enhance the funding for area-wide improvements.

The Freeholders Group, Chaired by Alistair Subba Row of Farebrother, is actively engaged in the Steering Groups and aligns marketing to drive economic development. The Public Realm project groups also allow a platform for critical input into our area-wide vision and sees closer partnership working with Westminster City Council and TfL.

The Northbank BID has provided great assistance in connecting our team with local owners/occupiers and with Westminster planning department to help upgrade the public area around 440 Strand on Adelaide Street and within the Concourse.

Our new development 190 Strand is the biggest residential scheme of its kind in the area for well over a century and will encompass fine exterior architecture which pays respect to some of its iconic neighbours, whilst luxury apartments and leisure facilities provide residents with a luxurious contemporary lifestyle.
