‘Meeting the Mental Health Needs of the Armed Forces Community in Westminster’ is a one day mental health first aid training course and aims to ensure that staff across all professional sectors in Westminster Council are better equipped to support members of the armed forces and their families who may be experiencing mental health problems to more effectively access the services and support they need. This initiative is a joint enterprise between the council and Brent, Wandsworth & Westminster Mind and the training will be delivered by an experienced Mental Health First Aid trainer.
