Cigalon are offering Northbank Privilege Card holders two offers

Cigalon is a French restaurant based on Chancery Lane serving authentic Provençal cuisine. Nestled above Baranis, Cigalon is housed in the same magnificent building on Chancery Lane which was once Hodgson’s Auction House and more recently, Hodgson’s Wine Bar. The restaurant is based just off form The Strand and is within walking distance of Covent Garden, Theatre-land and The City of London. Cigalon takes its name after the eponymous hero – a chef – in Marcel Pagnol’s 1935 film of the same name.

Featuring one of London’s most dramatic dining rooms the dining room at Cigalon is double height and glass ceilinged with an open-plan kitchen focused around the wood fired grill. Seating is available for 62 persons and ranges from banquette seating, individual tables and secluded romantic booths all nestled under olive trees and fresh lavender flower displays from Pascal Aussignac. A private dining room accommodates 8 persons.

The cooking is classic Provencal– e.g. Côte de Veau, sauce Mentonaise and Panisses, Pieds et Paquets, Pasta with Cuttlefish, Salade Nicoise, Line-caught Cod & Aioli as well as Baked Aubergine with Goat’s Cheese & Aromatic Herbs.

The wine list is all French with a strong focus on both Provence and Corsica.
