Terms and Conditions – London Heritage Quarter online Christmas Calendar

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom.
2. Participants must be over 18 years of age.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Multiple entries from the same person are only permitted for different prizes. Strictly one entry per person per prize.
6. The overall competition will run from 1-24 December 2023. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. Participants can only enter competitions on social media if stated within the prize T&C’s.
9. The Promoters (Victoria Business Improvement District, Victoria Westminster Improvement District,  Whitehall Business Improvement District and The Northbank Business Improvement District) reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. Prizes will be allocated on a random selection basis. Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Prize winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/ or its agents.
12. Winners will be notified by email within the time frame specified within the said prizes T&C’s. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prizes within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick replacement winners.
13. Winners of prizes entered between 22nd & 24th December will be notified in the first few working days in January 2024.
14. The Promoter will notify the winners to arrange redemption.
15. The Promoter’s decision will be final in respect of all matters to do with the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. The winners’ names will be available upon receipt of a request by email to the following address: Marketing@thenorthbank.london/events@victoriabid.co.uk 24 hours after the closing date.
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. Information is being provided to Victoria, Victoria Westminster, Whitehall and The Northbank BIDs only and not to any other party.
