The Museum galleries provide a spectacular backdrop for evening receptions and dinner parties, mixing old and new with dynamic displays of iconic posters, vintage vehicles and interactive displays that entertain all evening.
The Museum galleries can hold up to 500 people for a drinks reception or 180 people for a seated dinner.
The Cubic theatre is perfect for a seminar, presentation or a film screening. It seats 121, eleven rows of eleven which are conveniently tiered with specially designed moquette seating. It also has a breakout foyer where you can carry out your registration, cloakroom service and have refreshment breaks, buffet lunches or networking with drinks and canapés etc. All theatre AV such as a projector, large projection screen, speakers, lectern, stage area, microphones and Wifi is included. The only additional costs are the Cubic Foyer LCD screens at only £150 (great for branding) and of course catering. All delegates receive complimentary access to the Museum galleries during the day of their event.
The Boardroom, which opened in 2009, is perfect for daytime meetings, team away days and presentations, and offers state of the art technology including Wifi. Bring your laptop and plug directly into our projector, or just a USB can be run though the in-house system.
